The site is also dedicated to my passion for healthy lifestyles, which I define and talk about, as "practically" as possible. I do so from technology and every day perspectives.

Our society poses an obsession on weight from commercial diets to reality weight loss shows. The reality is at the end of the day, it's all the same: one needs to eat more healthily and lead a more active lifestyle for many reasons we all know. In "practice", many of us are limited by time, energy and money. And, there is much more than the "caloric equation"....it's not only what you eat, but also when, why, how and how much?
