I Can Make You Thin…?
I watched the new show by Paul McKenna on TLC last Sunday, and it seems that, although simplistic, he does address important aspects of self-control and weight loss that others have failed to. His four pillars in the first session were:
- Eat when you’re hungry (duh?)
- Eat slowly to enjoy the food (chew your food at least 20 times)
- Eat Consciously (i.e. don’t get distracted by TV, reading etc. b/c you’ll eat more)
- Stop when you’re full (ex. don’t have to finish your plate)

Totally agree!! I saw the similar suggestions of Chinese version before..it’s really beneficial to our weight loss if we can live up to those things!
